REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY
REFUND POLICY IS 14 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return please call our sales department at 718-604-4669 and one of our sales reps will assist you with your return or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON ANY MIXED AUTOMOTIVE PAINT or damaged products.
We are open Monday - Friday during the business hours of 8:30am -5:30pm. During weekends we're open Saturday 9am - 3pm and close Sunday.
Please review the following Return Policy Instructions In order for us to complete your return/or exchange ( we require a receipt or proof of purchase). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All mixed paint colors are considered custom and are not returnable. PAINT DIRECT AUTO SUPPLIES assumes no liability for color match problems after the coating has been applied; as you the customer, supplied us with the part/paint ID number prior to mixing.
DO NOT return paint via U.S. Mail. Paint MUST be shipped by a Hazmat Approved Shipper like The UPS Store.
All new resalable items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt and will be subject to a 15% percent restocking fee. (excludes special order items)
There will be no return charge if we sent the wrong item or if it arrived damaged.
Please allow 14 business days to Receive & Process your return your item(s).
There will be no refunds / exchanges without a proper sales receipt.
We'll credit or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery charges). To assure fast, accurate processing of your return, be sure to make a copy of your original order that came with the merchandise and enclose it with the returned merchandise. Use the original packaging if possible and remove or cover the original shipping label. Seal the package securely with tape, not string and mail to:

We suggest you use a service with a tracking number capabilities such as UPS or FedEx.
REFUNDS: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
PAINT DIRECT is required to charge applicable state and local tax on every item shipped. In order to obtain Tax Exempt status for orders shipped in the State of New York we must first receive a completed State of New York Resale Certificate by mail, E-mail or Fax; we will then setup your account to be tax exempt.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of purchase.

Our products are shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, and UPS. For returns, mail your product to:
610 Clarkson Ave. , Brooklyn New York 11203. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a shipping service that you can track you package or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Some larger items require freight delivery. An additional freight charge will be calculated, and you will be notified by e-mail to approve the additional charge to your credit card at the actual time of shipment. Heavy, Hazardous and oversized items will have an additional charge.
